Annunciation Heights is filled with immense gratitude as we wrap up the Spring 2026 season of the JPII Outdoor Lab. This year officially marks our biggest school year programming to date in the 2025–2026 academic year, serving hundreds of middle school students and bringing wonder-driven outdoor education to new heights of excellence.

The program has continued to cultivate a Catholic biblical worldview by teaching students science through the lenses of faith and reason. Students often express how the experience deepens their faith; as one 6th grader noted, lying silently under the stars made them realize "exactly how creative our God is".

As this transformative school year concludes, we ask for your continued prayers for the students, chaperones, and our Altum Institute Missionaries. Please pray that the seeds of faith planted on the mountain continue to grow and bear lasting fruit in their daily lives.

If you are a parent or educator who wants your children to experience this profound connection between faith and creation, we encourage you to talk to your school about setting up an Outdoor Lab program for the future. We are actively building out our programs for the next school year, and we’d be honored to bring this adventure to your community.
