Summer 2025 was a season of change and transformation staff here at the Heights. With 530 campers last summer, we’re looking to grow even more and hire between 30-40 staff to support our ministry and the great work that the Lord is doing though His mission of reconciliation. Below, please find information about the counselor position and other roles within that we hope you’ll fill!
About our Summer Camp Staff

Are you passionate about sharing your love for the Lord and the truth of the Gospel through the spirit of reconciliation? Imagine spending three unforgettable months in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, growing deeper in your relationship with God and others while gaining a better understanding of yourself. Qualifications

Must be a high school graduate

Must have a servant’s heart and a desire to grow

Must be someone that loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking

Must have a desire to share faith with Youth and Families

Must have a love of Jesus Christ and the Catholic faith

Must be physically active and able
-
Must have a desire to be part of a team, live in community, work hard, and have fun!
Summer Camp Staffers Receive

Daily Mass, Adoration multiple times a week

Ready to Join our Summer Camp Staff?
Applications are accepted throughout the year, but preference will be given to those who apply before December 15th. The interview process begins mid October this year. Individuals returning must still go through the application process again.
PLEASE NOTE: We are open to collaborating with staff to make the summer an internship, on a case by case basis. Please communicate this during interview!

For your application to be complete and to be hired, we require three reference forms. It is crucial that you not only provide these three references on your application, but also actively ensure they submit the separate electronic reference form. You are responsible for reaching out to your chosen references directly. Please provide them with the link below to our electronic reference form, which they can complete and submit confidentially to us.
Wait Till Your Scheduled Interview Time
Once you have submitted the application online, signed up for an interview slot, and shared the three reference forms, your materials will be reviewed, and be discussed at the interview. Interviews will begin towards the end of October. Feel free to email with any specific questions or concerns before that.
