Anna Fayard
First Year Missionary
Anna grew up in New Orleans. She graduated from the University of Dallas in May 2024 with a major in English and a concentration in Studio Arts (ceramics, painting). After graduation, she spent the summer and fall living in Maine, painting, writing, and traveling around the Northeast. She then headed back to New Orleans and worked as a first and second grade assistant teacher. She loves reading, poetry, being outside, swimming, hiking, live music, and anything art related. She is very excited to go west and begin serving as a missionary at Annunciation Heights!
My favorite Bible story:
The Raising of Lazarus - John 11:35 "And Jesus Wept." The Resurrection breakfast - John 21:12 "Come, have breakfast."
My Favorite Quote:
“Why does Jesus say ‘I thirst’? What does it mean? …remember this—‘I thirst’ is something much deeper than just Jesus saying ‘I love you.’ Until you know deep inside that Jesus thirsts for you—you can’t begin to know who He wants to be for you. Or who He wants you to be for Him” (Jean du Coeur de Jésus d'Elbée, I Believe in Love)
