Nathan Glassman
Executive Director
Nathan’s journey to becoming the executive director of Annunciation Heights took a circuitous path. Raised on a cattle ranch in southwest Missouri, he developed a love of nature at a young age. During an academic trip to Italy during high school, he realized how buildings can impact relationships among people and the environment they live in. This became his personal mission: to create places that mend the growing divide between people and life. After graduating with a degree in architecture, he started his own development and construction company to create these places. He believes that design should always be embedded with a passion driven by a worldview, which at its core must be the honest desire to improve lives. Nathan is driven by a strong desire to create environments that encourage routine engagement between human beings and other forms of life—creation, other people, and God the Father. This purpose was fulfilled by accepting the position of executive director during the fall of 2023, where he can use his gifts and talents to make Annunciation Heights a place of transformative encounter with Jesus Christ, so that all those who visit the camp may live life fully for the glory of the Father.
